We purchased the Asurion accident insurance for an expensive toy. The toy was damaged beyond repair in an “accident”. We complied with all of Asurion’s requirements for filing a claim. They refused to cover the claim because it was an “accident”. Someone please tell us, then, why buy “accident insurance” if it does not cover “accidents”. This is a straight-up scam. Never buy this for accidents. It may be fine for replacing “malfunctioning” items, but don’t bet the house on that. either.
Found this wording as part of the terms and conditions on Asurion website.

“WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
(1) Repairs caused by accidental damage, spilled liquids (unless you purchased a portable
electronic product or eyewear), insect infestation, misuse, abuse, or intentional physica…”
So this “accident” insurance does not cover accidents. Pure ripoff.

How long does it take to ship when it shows it??s in stock?? This was ordered over a week ago! Very frustrating!
Answer: I have a prime membership and it was in stock took about 4days to receive it

How big is it assembled altogether? I??m curious if I have room for all of the pieces to be used at the same time.
Answer: It’s pretty big.

Can this be set up and used outdoors?
Answer: Yes. I bought this for my grandson’s 1st bday party and we set it up outdoors for all the children. They had a great time and you just have to use stakes to ground it in the grass.

If i buy more tunnels can I add them to these to make it bigger?
Answer: I haven’t bought more, but it did cross my mind. I believe all you would have to do is connect the new tunnels to the end of the tunnel you would have connected to tent and then connect tent

Does it fit a 4yo in the tunnel?
Answer: I bought this for my nephew 1st birthday and his cousins who are 5 and 6 were in the tunnel as well, but I guess it all depends on the size of the child. These boys were on the smaller end
